Do the services of DigiCloud include value-added tax (VAT) in their costs?

Yes, in your invoice, in addition to the service usage costs, a 9% Value Added Tax (VAT) will also be added.

When does DigiCloud provide an official invoice?

DigiCloud can only provide an official invoice at the end of the financial period (currently on the 23rd of each month) after the current invoice is closed and consumption is finalized.

How will I be informed about changes in DigiCloud pricing?

Any changes in the pricing of DigiCloud products will be communicated to users via the website, Console, or email before they take effect. After the price change, costs will be calculated for all customers (both old and new) based on the new pricing.

How can I stop using DigiCloud services?

If, for any reason, you wish to deactivate your services and stop using DigiCloud, you must completely delete the allocated infrastructure (remove domains connected to the CDN or cloud servers created). Otherwise, the responsibility for the costs of active services will be yours.

How can I control my cloud computing costs?

You can use different approaches and measures to control your cloud computing costs. The first step is to accurately assess the needs of computing resources and optimize them to avoid the abundance of unused resources. Cloud resource management tools and technologies allow you to plan more accurately and utilize resources optimally. Also, choosing cloud service providers with the cheapest rates and best features will help you minimize costs.

Can I purchase cloud resources on an hourly or daily basis?

Yes, DigiCloud's cloud computing service operates on a Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) model, with costs calculated on an hourly basis.

Will costs still be deducted when I turn off a virtual machine?

When a virtual machine is powered off, it doesn't utilize system resources, which means there are no charges for CPU and RAM resources during that time. However, because the storage and reserved IP address remain allocated to the virtual machine until it's deleted, charges for storage and IP will continue until the virtual machine is removed.

How can I control the costs of using my CDN service?

We recommend you prepare packages that exactly match the needs of the company or organization. DigiCloud has presented plans to use its content delivery service in a way that meets the requirements at any level. (Soon, the possibility of preparing Add-on packages for this service will be activated, providing more flexibility in managing costs and benefits).

Can DigiCloud’s CDN service for free?

Yes. The basic plan is offered for free, and you can see the details of this plan on the CDN packages and services page.

Is the cost of DigiCloud's CDN service per domain or user account?

This cost is per domain. You must activate one of the CDN packages for each of your domains that use DigiCloud's CDN service.

Is it possible to downgrade DigiCloud's CDN plans to lower tiers?

No, currently this option is not available. (Soon, this capability will be made available to users)
